We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery.

For corporate orders, bank transfer is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I track my order?

How do I care for ceramics?

Hand wash with warm water and avoid harsh cleaning agents. Please avoid sudden temperature changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item hasn’t been used and is in its original packaging.
